2. Our Services
Blogista provides a content management platform for creating, managing, and publishing multilingual content. We strive to maintain high availability and performance, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create on our platform. By using our services, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to provide our services. You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload.
5. Payment Terms
Paid features are billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
6. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your content for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
